I had a great experience here for an ear piercing infection where the jewelry had become embedded in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and demonstrated excellent practices to safely remove the jewelry. They provided a clear treatment plan, and their professionalism made me feel at ease. Thanks to their care, I’m already feeling much better. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic for anyone needing prompt and compassionate service!

This was my first visit and will not be my last. I entered in a great deal of pain from my back. The office staff front and back were very professional and caring. I was told I would have an hour wait and was in waiting room less than 10 minutes. X-RAYS done on site. I was treated, scripts were sent to pharmacy and I was out within 1 hours. The Doctor was also very professional and caring. Great bedside manner!

They are by far of the best urgent cares that I've ever been to in my life. They are concerned about you as a person they listen to you and they prescribe accordingly to get you better. It's not just a job for them is something that you can feel that they? This location was very nice and clean. Excellent service all around and I can't express that enough. The front office reception woman was so polite and welcoming. She explained everything she needed from me and once done let me know someone would be out shortly to take care of me. No longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room the nurse came out and assisted me to a room to take my vitals and to get more information. He was very nice and when I was sneezing everywhere offered me some tissue. He treated me with so much care which was the nicest thing ever. The nurse practitioner was the same. She was so nice and asked me questions and offered me tissue as well. She just kept saying I hope you feel better soon and that they will have my test results back shortly. Best urgent care in Columbia, especially if you’re a student and need to get in and out quickly. Whole staff was nice and professional, and the doctor listened to concerns while also doing it in a timely manner. They got me in 10 minutes before my appointment. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a professional environment and quick service.
