This was my first appointment with Dr. Pitts and his coworkers and I can honestly say in my 68 years. I’ve never had a better experience at a dentist office. I felt extremely cared for and tended to. They were extremely thorough, friendly and caring, and explained everything to me. I did not feel like just “ another” patient. You can tell they care about their work and are very knowledgable. Dr. Pitts has been my dentist for two decades. Donna has booked my appointments and helped me navigate insurance since the beginning, and the rest of his staff have always been professional and friendly. There has been very little change in staff over that time. Dr. Pitts is personable and creative, offering a range of treatment options when I’ve dealt with cracked teeth. He is very hesitant to suggest procedures unless he thinks they are truly necessary and over the years he has gained my full trust in this regard. I had my full X-rays this time. Angie was quick and very gentle while cleaning my teeth. She kept making sure I was comfortable and was very sweet. She made me feel very calm while I had my visit.. Dr. Pitts shakes my hand each time to greet me. He is very down to earth and has a fun personality. He cares so much for his patients and remembers you. I get the absolute best professional care at this dental office. He is very passionate about his work and it shows when he sees his patients. You will get a thorough exam when he sees you. He takes the time to see you without rushing because you are his priority.

I have been visiting Dr. Pitts office since the early 2000’s and the staff has always been super helpful and they really care about your well being and dental health.

Dr. Pitts is the best, most competent dentist around. Dental work, no worries. You will be fine. His work is top notch! His hygienist is very pleasant, gentle, thorough and most excellent. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of.
