Dr. Campbell and ALL of his staffs are not only competent, they are also caring, so patient and kind. The office is elegant and clean with modern equipment and procedures. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful place for my dental care. I rarely post positive reviews and were hesitated to post this because I want kept this best kept secret for myself 😀. However, this place truly deserve all the praise and the highest rating they received.

I followed Dr Campbell from his old practice in Lexington. Prior to seeing him i had pain with chewing for about three years. No one could figure it out so i just accepted that this was my life. When i moved to Lexington and brought it up to him, he immediately figured it out and solved the problem. I've been a loyal patient since and followed him to irmo. It's more of a drive but i wouldn't have it any other way. The staff knows me and they are a great staff top to bottom. Being a physician, i understand how hard it is to keep a quality staff in house. When I've seen the endodontist, they always comment on my crowns, and when i mention Chris Campbell they always acknowledge he does great work. Highly recommend this practice.

Palmetto Dental Associates is a great company to try if you are in the area looking for a new dentistry. The office is renovated with inviting associates who work at the front desk. When getting your teeth cleaned there is trendy music to listen and while lying in relaxing chairs during your visit. They are a time friendly company which is very important to me. Dr. Brandon Cain is a great dentist who goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during each visit, which I highly recommend.

Most of my life I, like a lot of you, have dreaded that awful trip to the dentist. All of that changed when I met the wonderful staff at Palmetto Dental Associates. The experience there from the time you walk in until you leave is comfortable and very friendly. The folks there go out of their way to ease your anxiety. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the highly qualified dental staff you will be impressed with their service and professionalism. How much do I like this group? I drive an hour one way for my appointments.

I can honestly say that it was so worth my hour drive to see Dr. Thomas. Dr. Thomas and her staff are amazing. All the staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. I felt like I have been going there for years. My examination and cleaning was one of the most thorough ones I has ever had.
