My initial visit was today with Dr. Hanner and the staff at their east shore location. Wonderful ladies at the front desk were welcoming and very informative! Dr. Hanner and her assistant were timely, patient, and very thorough!! I appreciate their kindness and their passion for providing outstanding dental services!!! I am happy to transition all my family dental needs to this practice!

I was impressed with the thoroughness of my intake exam. The dental technician was very good at a complete cleaning of my teeth which had been neglected for almost 2 years. All of my questions were answered and additional information was provided so I was comfortable with the direction my care was taking. I would like to also have more masking of office and Care Personnel when in immediate proximity to me. It is flu season, and there is heightened risk of transmitting infection. Bottom line, I'm very pleased with my initial visit. I will recommend this group to friends.

I received excellent customer service from the very first call after hours due to an emergency, a prompt callback from the doctor on call to being treated first thing on a Saturday morning! They are the best, very kind, caring, compassionate and relieved my pain promptly. Additionally, they are very affordable.

My annual cleaning is a wonderful experience. Ashley Leicht is professional, thorough and attention to detail when it comes to caring for my dental longevity. I know I’m in great hands when I come to see her and Dr. Cambria.

BEWARE!!! When I retired, I obtained from USAA CIGNA individual dental insurance. I went to the in-network list and at the top was Dr. Kimberly Alfano, Verber Family Dentistry. I gave the appointment scheduler all of my information. I was told my insurance was accepted at their office. I had my appointment with Dr. Alfano, and she was very nice and seemed capable. My bill was approximately $12. At my next 6 month appointment I did not see Dr. Alfano. I saw Dr. Katelyn Hanner. She was very cold and full of expensive suggestions. I explained at this time I had just retired, and I do not plan any extra expenses at this time. My bill for that appointment was about $60. At every appointment X-rays were taken. At my most recent appointment again I did not have Dr. Alfano. I never requeste
