I came to Nick with outside knee pain from running and lingering left foot pain from snowboarding. After just one session, including dry needling, my knee pain was completely gone. I came to Nick dealing with a rotator cuff injury, bicep tendinitis, and knee pain, and choosing to work with him was hands-down one of the best decisions I’ve made!! Instead of telling me to avoid the things I love, he focused on getting me back stronger than ever and he did exactly that! I met Nick on 12/24/2025 and was struggling to do all daily tasks, due to what is believed to be a herniated/bulging disc issue. He did a thorough evaluation and provided some basic exercises. He also performed dry needling on my left butt/hip area. I felt better leaving him than I did when I arrived. He provides an app and at home exercises to follow in between appointments. My second appointment with him was on 1/2/2026 and to say that I am highly pleased with his skill level and his attentiveness is an understatement. Nick has been one of the best physical therapists I’ve ever worked with. He took the time to thoroughly assess the root causes of my neck, shoulder pain, as well as my ankle pain. He explained everything clearly and created a solid, personalized treatment plan that helped me reduce pain and rebuild strength. One of the most dedicated and professional physiotherapist I had the pleasure of being treated by. Nick did an amazing job with solving an issue I had for weeks prior.
