Poplar Family Dentistry

I have been going to Poplar Family Dentistry since moving to the area four years ago. Their staff is kind, considerate, and helpful during all of my visits. I haven’t had any issues with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. Their service is top notch!

I went to Poplar Family Dentistry in July 2025 to get a crown replaced and ended up having to return three more times for adjustments. At my last visit on November 25, Dr. Yousef said if the crown still felt off, she had no problem replacing it. The crown still felt too low after adjustments, so I texted the office. Lexie, the receptionist, who acts like the gatekeeper of the office, said the doctor wasn’t in and would get back to me. The next morning I heard nothing so decided to text with no response. When I finally called, Lexie insisted the doctor never said that she would replace my ill fitting crown and that I needed a dental guard, implying I was lying. I asked to speak with Dr. Yousef directly and was refused. In 35 years with two previous crowns I never needed a dental guard yet

Dr Yousef and her staff are simply wonderful! I would give them 10 stars if possible just for erasing the overwhelming dread I have always experienced when going to the dentist. They truly understand what it is like for those of us that have anxiety and issues with local anesthesia. All my fears are gone! Additionally the office is immaculately clean and any out of pocket costs were discussed beforehand. No surprises! Overall fantastic experience

Dr. Diana Yousef and the entire staff of Poplar Family Dentistry are TOP TIER!!! Their knowledge and professionalism are second to NO DENTIST I’ve have before! I even get dentistry for my 13-year daughter here. There are other practices closer to my home in Linglestown, PA… however, I wouldn’t switch for anything!

I did not have a good experience here at all. When I went for my appointment for a cavity filling, the staff was very cold and they didn’t explain anything to me at all about what to expect for my cavity filling which completely threw me off and really increased my anxiety because I wanna know what to expect when getting any medical or dental procedures done so that way I know what to expect. It was the first time that I had to get a filling done so I was very nervous because I have dental and medical anxiety and the staff seemed like they didn’t care, they weren’t comforting at all and made it seem like there was something wrong with me for having anxiety. I felt like I was the only one who’s ever had anxiety when going to the dentist and it made me feel really alone. For anyone that has
