Visited for annual check up with no issues. Annual checkup should be cover 100% by my insurance. However, the facility always comes up with some charges that fall outside my insurance. Made several attempts to set up payment plan but facility would not work with me. Therefore, I made 3 payments on my balance ($50/month) and was stilled turned over to collections. Talked to Marley in billing and she said that the collections was cancelled but has not provided any proof that this was done as she promised. So as of now, I owe the Veranda and the collection agency BOTH. Marley didn't care if this was going to hurt my credit and had a "I don't care" attitude. Please update your hours on your website and posting accordingly. Everything says that you open at 8am yet your phones don’t get answered till 830am. You should update the VM to reflect this as well. I can’t be the first person to be affected by this but I personally live overseas and am on a completely different time zone +14hrs and need medical records because I was there well before Privia and don’t have access. This is thoughtless when customer service is supposed to be your number one aim.

Pediatrics refuses to return multiple calls to schedule appts for new patients. Common issue I was warned about from others that have tried as well.

Dr. Kile you may have saved my life, thanks for the quick action taken during my office visit on last Monday. You took very quick action and I was in the hospital at record speed. Phoebe's staff worked fast and I had a pace-maker in my ❤️ Tuesday around 12 noon. You checked on me and made sure I had my appt. with the correct doctor for follow up.
