This site is incredibly disorganized and has wasted so much of my time it's ridiculous. Visits promised to be "quick" taking hours. Multiple rescheduled appointments causing me to need to rebook PTO since the visits and travel take a half day. Being called in to visits and being disqualified for things that could have been determined in the initial screening phone call. Being disqualified from studies after an hour in the office for things that were asked in the initial screening call but apparently things changed between the call and study visit?? Not being paid for office visits until multiple phone calls. Being called multiple times for the same study that they've already disqualified you from or you've turned down. Terrible first visit. Probably going to be my last since I didn't get paid as promised. This is a sham just to get your information. You end up getting tricked out of your personal information and then jilted. I got there early only to find they had cancelled my appointment..by email, even though they could have sent a text or left a voicemail. Why??? Because you didn't answer...no we don't bother to leave messages 😭. Next, none of the staff will tell you their name, and don't introduce themselves. The doctor, Dr. Caswell did introduce himself and was cordial though. He disqualified me from the proposed study based on a valid technicality but kept my information and signed consent forms. Employees are rude and disrespectful, if you speak to management about it, they accuse you of harassment
