Vegas Vascular Specialists

I am writing this review in hopes of reaching management and getting this resolved. My procedure was approved by insurance on 11/21/25. After not hearing from the office, I began calling on 12/8 to get scheduled. Since then, I have called eight times and am consistently told that the scheduler is unavailable and that I will receive a call back. I have explained that I am moving soon and that my insurance allows only one procedure per visit, so timely scheduling is essential. I received one return call that I missed, but when I called back immediately, I was again told the scheduler was unavailable. I also asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were unavailable as well. At this point, I still have not been scheduled, and I am concerned I may have to start this entire process

I met with Monica on a Friday morning. I had a 9:00 appointment but somehow it did not show up on the schedule. Monica met with me anyway and went way above just a measuring for compression hose for an upcoming procedure. She explained how to put them on, what to use to help, gave me web sites to use, she was great. I thank her and she is a blessing!

Way too much employee jabbering. Loud and boisterous. No one at front desk. Technician was courteous.
