Vegas Valley Hearing

I had custom in-ear hearing aids made and fitted at Vegas Valley Hearing. Ashley explained the process, answered my questions, and made be feel confident in my choice. It's been two weeks and I'm still adapting.The app features are easy to manage. I popped in earlier this week as a walk-in appt with a question on maintenance and left feeling more comfortable. Changing to the in ear aids has definitely improved my hearing.

The office is run respectfully as clients/patients are not double or triple booked. Ashley runs on time! Besides this, every step of assessing the need for and then acquiring hearing aids is explained clearly. From a thorough hearing test to selecting aids that will appropriately assist with noise reduction and speech amplification, the process is straight forward and easy to understand. Once hearing aids are ordered, they are charged and programmed for the individual. Today I had an appointment with Ashley to go through a tutorial on how to use my hearing aids, and then Ashley paired them with my iPhone. All went smoothly. Ashley is a TRUE gem! I received my ear impressions for my custom in-ear monitors, and could not be happier with my experience. She was great to work with and was very gentle. I highly recommend her for any audiology needs you may have and wish her well.

Ashley really takes the time to help you figure out what’s needed to help you hear again. For the first time in years I can hear my wife, but I won’t hold that against her. Great staff and a great business, I really enjoyed my visit.
