The staff were excellent while I was seen here for the delivery of my first child. Having a complicated birth, the nurses and physicians kept me informed and calm during stressful moments. During recovery, our family felt very comfortable, supported, and treated with love by the nurses. In addition, the other physicians I have seen at this practice have been fantastic.

this place is horrible at communication,being professional,having compassion for others,and listening to patient wants and needs. I been bringing my mom here since she had an accident back in January of this year. it was fine at first until I got her a primary doc so that she can see about her blood pressure so that she can prepare for surgery on her shoulder. we were assigned a nurse names Kristen I believe. everytime my mom has to get into a car she has trauma which raises her blood pressure so high. when she is at home her blood pressure is normal. we have explained this several times, when they put her on blood pressure medication it made her blood pressure at home really low that she was concerned. anyways we go back second time and mentioned all that and I asked the nurse can she wai

My experience here, overall, was great. The vast majority of nurses and patient care technicians were very kind, caring and compassionate towards me. However, there are a few racist individuals in the bunch. Some doctors and some nurses, with their low-key racism, condescending glances, tone and comments are unnecessary and out of line. Repeatedly pressuring patients to undergo procedures so you can get another empty bed, is preposterous and insensitive, but common, and happened to me. Speaking to African Americans as though we, particularly women, are dense or idiotic, is also disgraceful. I made similar statements to a nurse who listened and the behavior of one said doctor changed immediately. I'm grateful for that change. Hopefully there will be more change. I have been to this location several times and just recently met with the same doctor from a previous visit. I received excellent care and all of the staff members were knowledgeable and very professional. I really am thankful that we have a newer facility closer to home that offers a wide variety of patient services. Normally, the wait times are fast and simple! You are required to wear face mask 😷 and they do require for you to have your temperature taken. I noticed they have a birthing center, which I'm very interested to learn more about! If you need a great surgeon Dr. Zheng is the best!! Thanks again to all the staff!!

Thanks for the care this week of my mother during her one day stay in ER and glad it was not more serious. And thanks to the girl who brought in the food and drink during lunch. She appreciated it.
