Recent Positive Changes in Care Amidst Operational Struggles My mother moved into Twin Lakes in South Hill around the same time the new management took over the nursing home facility. It has been a turbulent experience, with several issues arising after the transition. However, we have noticed a distinct positive change in the nursing care beginning around December of 2025. Nursing Care & Staff Shout Outs Our mother is bedridden and requires total care, making the quality of nursing staff absolutely vital. We believe the improvement we've seen is related to the arrival of Ebony Hamilton, the Nurse Manager for the second floor.
