Would not go anyplace else. The staff are great people, I am handicapped and they go out of their way to help me. Dr.Foster is one the nicest person you’ll ever want to meet. He explains stuff so you can understand it and shows a genuine concern for his patients.

Dr. Foster saw me almost immediately for an emergency visit with a room full of patients and was very personable, professional, and thorough. He cut no corners despite his seemingly full schedule. He preformed a minor procedure on my eye with ease, relieved my pain and sent me on my way. I am very thankful to have such a great optometrist in the small town of South Hill. Thank you Dr: Foster.

This was my first visit to Legacy Eye Care, and I was looking forward to it because I was long overdue for an eye exam and new glasses. Unfortunately, I left very disappointed and wished that I had made an appointment elsewhere. My low rating is because of the front desk staff, not the doctor. The lady who checked me in was rude and condescending. That was my first impression of this office, and unfortunately it is the most lasting impression. At the Lombardy St. location, there are two different ladies at the front desk, one who checks you in when you first get there and another who checks you out when you're finished with the exam.
