VCA White Lake Animal Hospital

This place doesn't deserve their title. To the soulless individuals that call themselves "staff" at VCA White Lake Animal Hospital - You should be ashamed of yourselves. Labeling yourself an "animal hospital" -- Not a "Veterinary Clinic" permits you with a responsibility. You simply do not turn away a gravely injured animal, struggling to breathe, convulsing, and refuse to even look to stabilize. If you are open, you stabilize. Yet in my specific situation, my gasping for air 6 year old German Shepherd was turned away. The reason? "Well we close in 7 minutes because its Saturday" As my baby girl, YOUR repeated patient for MULTIPLE years, lays in my passenger seat gasping for air, your staff decided that was the appropriate action and response. We’ve taken our dogs for emergency and check up appointments. The front staff was so accommodating got us in right away. Dr. Emily Lynch and Vickie were so helpful and informative! Absolutely love both of them! One of my dogs is very scared and they were so slow and calm with her she didn’t need a muzzle. 10/10 recommend!

We were very impressed with the care and attentiveness provided by the staff at the White Lake VCA location. From our initial call with Kristina to the doctor Emily and her assistant Ella seeing our cat everyone was quick to help, understanding the urgency of helping our loved cat. Emily called me back the day after our visit just to check on our kitty and go over blood work results. This vet provided the help and service we were looking for to get fast assurance that our kitty was going to be alright. I very highly recommend Emily, Ella and Kristina to see your pet as they TRULY CARE about your pet.

Everyone there has been very kind and informative. Hannah has kept us well informed. Kindness is a rare quality in general now so is very appreciated and given by everyone there that we have talked to. Our puppy has been cared for by Dr. Elise. She is very thorough. Prices are fair. Not the cheapest but this is your loved pet, not a for sale clearance item. Dont shop for cheaper care.

Unfortunately I took my 15 year old shitzu in for end of life exam. He was having seizures and was loosing weight. Euthinization was recommended i was heart broken 💔 but I knew it was his time. The vet and staff were wonderful through this difficult time and gave me a reduced rate as I am retired and on ss. Very compassionate knowing he was suffering and they gave me paw print and even sent me a sympathy card! Wonderful people! God bless you all!
