Springfield Urgent Care - White Lake

I came in at 9 AM on a Friday morning the week before Christmas because I could not stop coughing.. When I got there, the lady asked me if I had a reservation, which was very confusing because I was not at a restaurant. She then went on to tell me that once I put my phone number in this little machine that it would send me a link where I had to fill out all the paperwork I was not feeling well and I did not want to do this. I was frustrated that I had to do this lady’s job as she just sat at the counter. When I looked around, the floors were filthy dirty, and they had only been open for one hour, so there was no way these floors Would be that dirty in an hour. When I got into the room, the counters were dirty as heck like nobody had ever wiped them and there was soap or something all over

Took my daughter here on 3/7 for issues breathing. Nurse was rude and annoyed to even be there. Wrote the incorrect info down explained twice why we were there. Wrote it off to a tired nurse who was busy. Thought it would be fine when the doctor would come in. He was an even bigger problem. Not listening. Trying to come up with reasons that are off the wall to explain the complaint. Says some tests were normal when I know for a fact some tests / vitals are very low end. Would not recommend this urgent care. They (doctor and nurse) overall not caring about patients or the overall health of patients is concerning. * went to a different urgent care within 5 mins they treated my daughter quickly and the dx was completely different than any of their suggestions.

I had a nonstop migraine for almost 4 days. I took some NSAID medication to give myself relief and it wound up upsetting my stomach terribly. Going to urgent care in White Lake was the best decision I ever made to help get this resolved. Everyone there was helpful, friendly, and showed empathy for my condition. One staff member even shared her own experiences dealing with migraines. It felt really good to relate to someone else that is dealing with migraines. It also felt really good that there was a quick solution to this that resolved itself in two hours after being remedied a shot for the migraines. You have no idea how that changed my life over the past 24 hours. I feel like I can actually function as a human being again. I’m going to continue to use the White Lake urgent care facility

My fiancé visited this urgent care on 01/31 and was ambiguously diagnosed with "stuff going around." Naturally, since he and I live together, I caught the same illness as him, and started showing the exact same symptoms. We returned to this exact urgent care, and the PA even commented on the fact that he had just seen my fiancé. However, even though I described the exact same symptoms my fiancé had, the PA completely minimized and dismissed my concerns, insisting I probably had Covid and should get a test. My obvious confusion upon his request prompted him to mention, "For all I know, your fiancé could've had Covid too, but I never tested him for it." Although it felt like a "gotcha" moment in his mind, I'm left wondering why he never felt the need to do additional testing on my fiancé if

UPDATE since I can’t respond back: I called this morning to get my son’s results back from the nasal swab since I hadn’t heard back. I was told Friday that I’d be hearing from them with the results the following day since it takes 24 hours. Now it’s Monday and I hadn’t heard back but other people are now sick with the same thing as my son. I called the office regarding his results and the woman on the phone let me know that it takes longer on the weekends. She said the staff start calling patients at 5pm today with their results. It is 8:33pm, they are now closed for the day, and I still have yet to hear back. Just wanted to update in case someone else needs to have a child or themselves checked out. Normally their location on Milford Road is the one that I would go to for myself as well
