I wish there was a way to rate ZERO stars. The WORST pharmacy ive ever dealt with. Its been one issue afyer another with this place. First they couldnt do their jobs and order a medication that i set up to be ordered 2 weeks in advance. Keep in mind thats it was a medication my son needed during his chemo treatments. But EVERY SINGLE TIME i have a perscription they need time to "Order" it and NEVER EVEN CALL to tell me that it can't be filled they will just not fill it. So you plan to pick it up just for it to NOT BE THERE. Why theres even people working there is beyond me an automated voice would be more helpful then the employees. Whoever's job it is to order medication sucks at it and should quit IMMEDIATELY before they seriously hurt or kill someone. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!

I am currently a stay-at-home mom with postpartum depression. I have had Medicaid for about a year and a half now and have never had an issue getting my medication filled. I moved to Highland and tried this location, and they tried to bill my old HAP insurance and then tried to tell me I had to call to speak to them. I explained I do not have HAP because I am not working. I haven't had HAP. HAP will tell me that. HAP will tell them that. It will be a monumental waste of time. So, they try to tell me that Medicaid is bouncing it back to HAP. No, Medicaid is aware and has been that I do not have HAP. HAP is telling Medicaid I do not have them. Pharmacy was great in helping me with a prescription refill that my current pharmacy couldn't fill. Keep up the good work with customer service!

The pharmacy is very hard to deal with. They never have all the medications i need. They call via a computer saying your script is ready, i drive all the way there, & my scripts are not ready.

Colleen should be fired immediately. I will be reporting her to the licensing bureau. She’s tried holding prescriptions longer as of she’s the gatekeeper of my medicine. I use this pharmacy because it’s close to my house and had her harass me numerous times. She treats me like I’m a drug addict. I DON’T try to get my medicine early, ever! I go on the day that it should be ready and whenever I deal with her it’s the same issue. She’s told me to throw medicine in the garbage which isn’t the way you dispose of drugs. She tells me that she’s going to make notes in my account so I have to wait even longer the next month. I suggest reporting her to LARA and the Pharmaceutical board if you’re having the same experience.
