VCA Centennial Valley Animal Hospital

Unfortunately you’d think this is a good vet place but after getting up to check out after the vet told me my balance was $0 I proceeded to have to pay $140 for something that occurred back in October in which THEY forgot to charge me or even inform me it was going to be a cost at all. This place will just spring random charges on you and also make sure to give you anxiety that ur cat needs over $200 worth of pointless tests to make sure they are fine lol. Moral of the story don’t go to this vet:)

My last two visits have really been unimpressive. I don't feel like the vet is confident in her skills or knowledge, my pet does appear to have a rare issue, or something that doesn't have a clear treatment plan, but the vet asked me what I wanted to do, after providing several vague options, none of which honestly seemed like they would solve or mitigate the problem. I felt like she provided the same information I could have gotten from ChatGPT. After receiving no value, I was charged $150 for the care. It felt like adding insult to injury. We'll go here if we absolutely have to, but I don't think the high costs match the care that we received. I'd be open to going somewhere else.

I visited today to try to settle on a veterinary home. It felt welcoming and pleasant and I felt confident in the communication with Dr Bickford. She answered my questions clearly and gave me options. I will be back when the need arises

We love VCA! When we move from Denver to Erie, we needed to find another v c a and centennial valley animal hospital was perfect. They know all of our dogs personally, and always say the nicest things.

The staff at VCA is unmatched. They are always kind and courteous, even with anxious pet owners like myself. I am so grateful they took care of my dog Jack until the very end. I cannot say one bad thing about this clinic. All my future pets will definitely come to these wonderful professionals for care. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
