Ms Alexis was wonderful!! She met me at the door with my father and introduced herself with the most beautiful smile you’ve ever seen. Everyone in the entire office was so helpful. I’ve never been into a medical facility where everyone was so positive, upbeat and helpful. My father is 80 years old and really didn’t know what to expect so he was very nervous and everyone was so wonderful to him so by the time they took him back he was very relaxed. I can’t thank them enough for treating him like he was the most important person in the room and he really appreciated it. I just want to say thank you to everyone for all that they have done and the wonderful things they will accomplish in the near future. Mr. Speer

The entire team works together so seamlessly, you can truly feel that everyone is committed to giving patients the best care possible. From check-in to follow-up, every step was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I especially want to mention Tiffany. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in a medical setting. Her kindness, patience, and calming presence made a huge difference in my visit. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease.

All these ladies (the staff) are amazing. They took amazing care of my grandfather. Making him feel better about his procedure and making him smile and laugh. These women are most appreciated! Our doctor was amazing as well! They NEED raises! Very professional, friendly, and caring! The facility was very clean and well organized and thats also a big plus! Thanks everyone for helping my grandfather.

I brought my mom to an appointment here and the receptionist greeted us so warmly! It was as if she knew everyone in the lobby and treated them like family. The nursing staff was also very efficient moving patients in and out and no one had a long wait. They even shared their wifi for me to approve time for my office staff while waitng for my mother. I could not be more impressed with the service we recieved.

The professional demeanor of this facility far exceeds other facilities that I have experienced. Originally this was my facility however because I am a veteran according to military mandate. I had to be seen at the VA hospital there scheduling was not conducive to my immediate critical needs so I was afforded the opportunity of the outside care facility. I ever so grateful to be back at this facility. Everyone here is not only cordial pleasant out right just good people. Thank you all for your consistent superior service.
