Dr. Norma is an outstanding physician exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. Her bedside manner is truly exceptional, and she consistently treats families with respect, patience, and real compassion. She is the only reason I continue bringing my child to this office. However, the front desk staff is the complete opposite, and they are severely damaging the reputation of this practice. Their behavior is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The sarcastic remarks, attitudes, and the way they speak to patients’ parents are completely unacceptable, especially in a pediatric office where empathy and clear communication are essential. I'm glad to share my positive experience with my children's pediatrician. They recently moved their practice and implemented an organized system where sick children and healthy children are separated into different areas. This new arrangement has significantly improved efficiency and comfort. I appreciate the pediatrician's efforts in providing a safer and more orderly environment for all their patients. Their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable.

Doctor Norma is an amazing doctor , we truly love her and so does my daughter. However, the staff is the worst . They don’t answer the phones , it’s like the have phones at the office for decorations. They don’t call back , the wait takes forever because they are always huddled talking to each other and honestly the patients and their parents are there because their kids health is a priority nobody cares about where you got your nails done or what your husband did. We went because our child has been having a lot of cough and we were there since the morning, I was told that they might be able to see her by 4:00 to 4:30 so almost at closing. Needless to say , we got a new pediatrician and wouldn’t you believe it , they can see our child. Dr. Norma if you read this please hire new staffing ,

I’ve had my kids with norma for 9 years and the Dr itself is amazing however unfortunately I will no longer come back here. Every visit has turned into a nightmare. And based on the recent reviews I see I’m not the only one with the same issues. The last time I came I wanted 4 hours for someone to see us. Today with an appt at 11:30AM at 1:30pm they still hadn’t seen us. When they called us to weight my Daugther they told me I couldn’t go inside with my 2 year old son in a stroller because they had a no stroller policy. Mind you we’ve been waiting since 11AM that we arrived my 2 year old son was already uncomfortable waiting for so long that if I was to get him out of the stroller he would go wild. The lack of respect for time, the lack of empathy this staff carries is mind blowing. They s
