Incredible experience with Josh. He is professional, solid communication when checking for pressure and comfort level, and shows great care in his time with clients. As someone who works in mental health, I appreciate that he is truly trauma informed and supports the whole person and nervous system in his practice. My one hour massage was just what I needed to help my chronic pain get the muscle massage support it needed, and I’d recommend him to anyone who is looking to feel restored in a safe, clean, and peaceful environment.

Josh Grooms is intuitive, listens, and has a great knowledge of kinesiology. The massage is truly therapeutic - if you have longstanding issues or want to proactively get ahead of something developing, give him a try!

Incredible care and service. Josh does an amazing job of listening to your needs and also assessing what he sees you may need as well. The deep tissue massage I received was amazing. Afterwards I became so much more mobile and felt a release of tensed up muscles and soft tissue. One of the best massages I have ever received. Josh's knowledge is extensive and obviously his experience makes him one of the best in his field. As a full-time athlete and coach, I will definitely return again for therapy and maintenance. I highly recommend this place and Josh as an LMT.

Very good with knowledge of how muscles work, super strong hands to really work out issues, nice guy, professional but down to earth. 2nd time and it always helps me and my body out!
