This clinic was a complete waste of my time, and I strongly believe they tried to pressure me into expensive treatments I did not need. I came in for a simple routine cleaning. Instead, they immediately insisted on X-rays and extra exams before doing anything. After the exam, they told me I supposedly needed around $11,000 worth of dental work. I have a medical background, so I know when something is seriously wrong — and their claims made no sense. They refused to do a normal cleaning and tried to convince me that my gums were in “very bad condition,” even though I brush twice a day and have never had issues. I have been coming here for several years and am always pleased with the attention and care from the staff. At the front desk, Chelsy always greets patients with a smile, helps organize appointments, and thoroughly answers any questions that arise. Doctor Mena performs examinations very politely and carefully, explains everything clearly, and recommends only the procedures that are truly necessary based on the condition of my teeth. Excellent office overall! I get really nervous going to the dentist but this office was great. The Dental Assistant Andy was really thorough in explaining each step and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The Dentist, Dr. Mena, was very professional and did a thorough job continually checking in with me to ensure I was doing okay during the procedure. The front office staff, especially Chelsea, helped me sort out my insurance info and made payment easy. Highly recommend for dental care!

I am extremely impressed with Vancouver Smiles Dentistry. Every time I take my disabled husband there we are greated with friendly smiles and an upbeat attitude. The staff is always cheerful and willing to help. Chelsea and Jenn are both extremely courteous and very helpful. Jenn who is the one that usually checks us out always makes sure we understand everything to the fullest and never have a problem answering our questions or checking on something for us.
