Jan 29, 2026 Right before Christmas, I was tasked with bathing my cat due to necessity as she's overweight because of a medical condition. She was not appreciative of the attention, and proceeded to chomp my finger most ungratefully. (I still love her. It's never the critter's fault.) The next day, I went to urgent care and was given antibiotics. A few days later, after noticing my finger could not bend, I returned to urgent care where they performed a series of x-rays to see if perhaps my finger was broken. Thinking she saw a fracture, the urgent care doctor sent me to the ER where they performed even more x-rays. I have been a patient of vancouver clinic for 10 yrs or more. I had a great primary care doc an he just up an retired a few years back. Now i have been trying to find a good one but the doctors i have been trying are rushed an barely have any time to take care of your medical issue. I have been requesting through mychart an calling for 3 weeks now for a prior approval refill. With no luck . They say the doctors are busy. To busy for the approval. So go somewhere else for medical care

I had a great visit with my new primary care doctor last week, she was excellent. The ladies in the lab on Tuesday were amazing as well. I did have to return to the lab today and only interacted with Trisha N. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same positive experience as my previous visits. She repeatedly told me to “wait behind the sign,” even though I was already standing behind it near the door. She said several times that I needed to protect patient privacy, but didn’t clarify what she meant until the third time, when she explained I needed to wait to be called up. Her tone felt unnecessarily hostile, and it wasn’t appreciated.

My visit to this urgent care center was easily the most pleasant and time-efficient one I have ever had. Each member of the staff, including the intake and triage nurse, was friendly and genuinely took the time to understand and assist me with my issue quickly. The PA was extremely professional, fully listened to my concerns, and provided me with the care I needed to resolve my health issue. I would recommend this care center to anyone and will trust them with any of my own urgent needs in the future.
