My wife has had extensive care with TVC, and suffered from a number of severe mistakes. There was a delayed diagnosis, lost records, a missed lab order, delayed labs and other issues. When I escalated to patient relations, I was dismissed. Recently I helped a patient who had a painful & unsettling reaction in the lobby, while I and another bystander called for help. The response was delayed, and the patient nearly drove away and got into an accident. Patient relations again dismissed the issue. I've escalated to C-level staff, with no response. I've worked with many nurse managers and patient relations at TVC , and I feel they are not a responsible institution. There is a broad dismissive attitude that must come from the top. I'd give this clinic ZERO STARS if I could. The support staff and lab personnel are kind and helpful, but hardly any other aspect of this practice works. You can never get an appointment and when you do, you cannot trust your primary care provider(s) to pay attention to the details of your care. My personal experience has been a consistent pattern over time of missed diagnoses, incomplete (or no) follow-up and unresponsiveness. Do not use this clinic or these providers unless you are prepared to manage every aspect of your own care - if you don't do it, it won't get done. .

Friends, Beware of Dr. Emily Patterson Jones, glaucoma specialist currently practicing at The Vancouver Clinic, Vancouver, Washington. I have been her patient for about two decades since her days working in Portland, Oregon. On August 6, 2025 I woke up in the morning with increasing pain in my eyes. I contacted her by phone and by MyChart to make an appointment to see her urgently and she adamantly refused to see me. She claimed that I saw her on July 24, 2025, two (2) weeks ago and therefore she refused to see me. I have no choice, but to visit the ER. On August 7, 2025, she again refused to see me after my visit to the OHSU ER on August 6, 2025 evening. This is despite the fact that the eye doctors at the ER advised me to follow up with my glaucoma doctor, Dr. Emily Jones. Her unprofessi

My kids see a pediatrician at this location and we've had very positive experiences over the past 2 years. The clinical staff take time to answer questions and treat the children with respect. I've also had labs done here for my own health needs and was seen promptly and efficiently.

Nice clinic. Staff is friendly. You can always get in here. Lab and urgent care located here. Great parking.
