I visited Fearn Natural Health for my first massage, and was pleased with the results of my visit. I was warmly welcomed by Dr. Fearn, and felt comfortable with their staff. You can tell that they take their work seriously, and will go above and beyond to do anything to make you feel better. Five star minimum! It’s hard to be confident in a new chiropractor especially after a painful experience with another. If you know “that”feeling and pain has you desperate for relief…your search stops here. This dr. Had my fears and concerns completely at bay literally within 10 minutes of walking in the door. Night and day difference Im very great full! He clearly knows what he’s doing, professional, Friendly, Great customer service. Flexible scheduling, More than fair and upfront pricing! Also very comfortable environment considering the pain I came in with I walked out the door with an adjustment that changed everything for me in about 25 minutes total visit. The massage was fine, but I did not like the staff phone etiquette/attitude, so I canceled and got a new massage therapist at a different clinic!

Staff was very welcoming and professional. I had a hour massage with Michelle. It was one of the best massages I've had! Relaxing atmosphere and plan to return for another massage.

Completely unprofessional! Made an appointment. 4 days later I show up and they tell me my insurance had expired. Which is 100% false. And they didn’t accept my secondary insurance. And the old guy pokes his head out and in a snarky voice “ I told you that when you called” and during my initial call the same guy would not allow me to schedule multiple visits. Per my dr’s request. These people are not knowledgeable and are completely unprofessional. If they thought there was an issue with my insurance then why did I not get a courtesy call. No they waited until I show up. Don’t waste your time.
