Bob at Off The Grid Fit has has completely changed the way I train and has elevated my fitness levels for the past 15 years, and still going. My training background ranges from competitive sports, martial arts, military training, CrossFit, and now currently as a firefighter and I can honestly say that Bob has consistently delivered the most effective training programs I’ve ever been a part of. He has helped through so much of it in the way of strength and conditioning, injury prevention and injury recovery. He is extremely knowledgeable and is as professional as they come. Bob Cook is a master at diagnosing and treating many of your ailments and concerns. He explains what needs to be accomplished in order for you to heal properly. He does this in a patient and thoughtful way yet doesn’t sugar coat what you truly need to do to heal your body. He genuinely cares about you getting better and will go above and beyond to help you accomplish your goals!

Bob has been a huge asset in my transformation not just physically but mentally too. His focus on injury prevention and strengthening weak points has made me a more well rounded athlete who can be confident moving forward with their athletic goals, and has allowed me to do movements I haven’t been able to do in years.

Recently my 18 year old daughter has been training at Off The Grid Fit with Bob Cook 2-3 times a week. As a multi-sport athlete, the interruption COVID19 has had an impact on her sports conditioning and motivation. From their first session Bob began coaching her on the importance of nutrition and sleep, as well as accountability and consistency in her workouts. Participating in partner training at Off The Grid Fit, Bob pushes her past the threshold she previously thought unattainable. I have seen my daughter become more confident in her mental and physical strengths over the last few months. This program has been very rewarding! I highly recommend it. My trainer Bob built a customized workout routine for me based on the equipment I had available to me and the time commitment I could arrange in my schedule. It's all done at home with minimal equipment. I've been following his routine for about 5 months now and I love it! I'm getting ripped! I'm in the best shape I've been in over a decade and have no plans to stop. The best things about Bob's routine are how well-rounded they are and how they scale up or down according to your strength and endurance goals. 5 stars from me, two thumbs up, and many thanks to Bob and Off the Grid Fit!!!
