Value Rx Pharmacy (formerly Big Value Discount Drug)

Came here because our small town pharmacy was bought out by a large corporate drug store who then chose to permanently close another small pharmacy. Which left so many locals without another pharmacy. I chose to come here as we were opposed to give our business to the same corporation in Jacksonville. Our pharmacies are already overrun, constantly busy and unable to handle the numbers they are dealt with. I have never used this small local pharmacy and am excited to stay it seems great so far. Bonus points for us not having to drive to Jacksonville everytime for meds when we get meds more than once a week.

Big Value has become a local inconvenience. I had a script called in by my Dr on a Thurs afternoon. My daughter's meds were called in that Friday about noonish. It's 530 Fri evening. I stop in to pick up just my meds. My daughter's were being picked earlier. To my surprise, my meds are not ready after 24 hours. Mind you, my daughter's were ready and picked up in less than four hours. The excuse I was given was they were really busy the day before and all that day. But not busy enough to be able to fill my kids meds. I was told they weren't busy at that time her meds were filled. The old lady pharmacist has no personality or customer service skills. She is supposed to be doing a service for customers. Not give customers excuses as to why they have wait even longer. No, I was not nice at whe

Very friendly staff good service, great prices , should be prepared to wait tho. Good prices good service is worth the wait

Pharmacists are knowledgeable and very nice. Prices on prescriptions are reasonable and quickly filled.

Terrible freaking service new chick don't know what she's doing. I can't I swear. I will be changing pharmacies.
