Pro Step Therapy

We LOVE Ms. Allyson!!! My son has been going to OT for several weeks now and the amount of progress he’s been able to make at a short period of time, the trust he’s built in her, the way she provides resources and options for interactive things we can do together at home until our next appointment, just everything is above and beyond what I could have ever asked. I highly recommend her!

I have two children seen at Prostep Therapy. My older special needs child has been with them for years. He loves his Ms Olivia and wakes early in therapy day excited to see her. I have seen such progress with them both. The staff is very patient and wonderful with the boys. They always answer our questions and guide us when we need more than just the in house sessions, such as my sons AFOs. We recommend the clinic to anybody who needs therapy.

I have had bilateral knee replacement and shoulder surgery. I received physical therapy after all three surgeries. The therapy I received made a tremendous difference in my recovery. My therapist was very encouraging every step of the way. I am very thankful that Pro Step Therapy is in our community. They truly are an asset. I would recommend them to anyone.

My son has been a patient of ProStep Therapy for several years now! I was ecstatic when I learned there was a place in Richlands AND they also took children! I can't say enough great things about every member of the staff there. My son receives PT & OT. They are always very accommodating with our schedules. When he is sick and out of service they are always checking in on him. They make his sessions kid friendly so he actually does not have an issue with attending them unlike his old facility. They were also a huge help in getting him new AFO's, new walker along with wheelchair parts! I completely trust them with my child so I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Prostep Therapy is awesome! My son has many therapys (PT, OT and Speech) through them and we have had nothing but a positive- wonderful experience! They have accommodated my son and I with my busy crazy work schedule doing daycare and/or home visits at my requests. Their staff is very friendly and is dedicated to their clients!! I would definitely recommend Prostep to all my friends and colleagues!
