Med First Primary & Urgent Care - Richlands

Calling here never fails to disappoint. Front desk lacks communication skills, prior to my appointment I wanted to call to reschedule my appointment but it is always difficult getting through to anyone so I left a voicemail. Called back today to reschedule my appointment a second time and asked for a clarification on why would I be getting charged a late fee and a now show fee together when it should only be a no show fee. They couldn't give a reasonable explanation and blamed the connection line. Appointment line lacks communication skills and not keeping their anger tempered while communicating isn't professional. At the end of the call I even said I will pay the fee and call back to verify my appointment date and somehow I was still schedule in for a day that I may not be able to go to.

Dr. Redinger and her team are awesome! I have been seen at this clinic in Richland for several years and have always received the best care! The doctor, nurses, and receptionists are friendly, respectful, and caring every time!

This is a wonderful primary care clinic. The staff is friendly, and the care team is compassionate. They really listen to you. I am very happy with the care team at Med First Primary and Urgent Care in Richlands.

Not enough Stars for this crew. Sometimes words aren’t able to define characteristics and behavior. Phenominal, honest, amazing, caring, hard working, kind….You can bet even on the rarer days when the waiting room is full or no one—they are always happy to help you. And you can take it to the bank…this retired Health Care worker KNOWS fantastically, stupendous medical care when ya see it! They include you as a team member asking about your concerns and involve you in all aspects of your medical care. If you sick? You sick. If you need Urgent Care? You need urgent Care. Or even if you want a caring crew to manage you and your families healthcare : from stubbed toes to whatever—count this crew as your go to.
