I’ve been coming here for years and while they have a great assortment of products, the service continues to disappoint. The kids working there are completely clueless and unhelpful. I grabbed a few wiffle balls from the 40% off section, but when they didn’t ring up on sale, I mentioned they were in the discount area. Their response? “Oh, those are usually in another spot but we didn’t have space, so we put them there—but they’re not actually on sale.” I was dumbfounded. It’s frustrating when a store with good variety can’t manage basic customer service.

Random discovery they have stuff that I don’t find in other stores, though kinda pricey I found what I was looking for.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with the female pharmacist manager/owner. I called to ask if a specific medication was available, and her response was shockingly rude and disrespectful. Her attitude showed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, which is unacceptable — especially from someone in a healthcare role. Pharmacists are healthcare providers, and as such, they are expected to treat patients with respect, empathy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this pharmacist is a poor example of what the profession stands for. Behavior like hers is damaging to the reputation of the pharmacy field and a disservice to the community. Great stock of everyday items--like the old 5 & 10. The pharmacy is well run. We'd be lost without Value.

Only place to carry wartstick for miles around. Thank you! My daughter’s dermatologist claimed it could only be found on Amazon.
