Nurse Elizabeth and Torey did a great job, helping my Dad 2/21/26 in the emergency room . Even though all hospital’s are short staffed… I see that - no need to say that.

What I thought was going to be a very lengthy time waiting to get an x-ray, turned out to be a miracle. I was born in this hospital back in 1963 in the original building on pondfield Road. My experience today was simply fantastic. From the moment I walked in to the last x-ray taken by the technician was simply divine. I couldn't have asked for better service and I was in and out in 25 minutes. Normally, we're in hospitals for hours. Everyone was pleasant, the guards, the administration, the nurses, and the technicians. I'm truly thankful for a wonderful experience.

We have nothing but gratitude towards such a great hospital. Here we received the highest quality of care, with a professional staff, always friendly, never bothered by our constants questions and requests. All the doctors, nurses, MRI staff, even the food delivery personnel were professionals and attentive. A very clean facility. Since this hospital exceeded our expectations, I would give it 6 stars!!!

My wife had a caesarean and we stayed there 3 nights with our newborn. This was supposed to be a very happy time for us, but turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. Some of the staff are rude and racist. Cafeteria is the worst. I would recommend everyone to find another health center that treats and cares for the patients with respect and compassion.

Went there Friday night 6:15 pm for migraines. 6 hours later went in after arguing with the front guy. One hour inside for the Doctor to come and ask whats going on. Ordered Ct scan and that took about an hour. At 2 am in the morning gave the iv with some medication( thankfully worked) Discharged at 6 am next day. 12 hours and bunch of BS later went home. Thanks for a great night out guys. No kisses before we got you know what.
