Customer Reviews
I was a customer for almost 10 years, every 8 weeks. They recently cancelled my nurse (the day before my scheduled infusion) in an effort to profit even more off of me than they already do by forcing me to use their nurses. Anyone who has ever had in-home care knows how important the relationship with their caregiver is. I have had the same one for over 7 years, and they refuse to allow me to continue to use her. Cannot say enough how disappointed I am about this company.
Great educator sent to me at the hospital! Awesome visits for bandage changes and labs. Worked with my schedule and were very knowledgeable and helpful! And completely covered under my insurance!
Seriously the best company and employees! My son is completely g-tube dependent and his pump stopped working during his lunch feed today (New Year’s Day). I called the on call line and they immediately drove a pump to us from Richmond (3 hour drive). Our family is beyond thankful for this caring group.
My fiance has been doing treatments for a long time now, and this is one of the best ones he's been to. The staff are super sweet and the room is super cozy with snacks provided! It's a little small now but they are moving to a bigger building soon and if it's already this nice I can only imagine how the new building will be!
These people almost killed my mother today! You do NOT continue to infuse someone with Remeron when they have an allergic reaction to it! A steroid shot does not stop anaphylaxis and you don't continue infusing someone with the medication after you give them a steroid shot. I have worked as a nurse for 17 years and 15 were in allergy. I cannot believe they continued to give her a medication that gave her anaphylaxis after simply giving her benadryl and steroids then wonder why she had anaphylaxis again. She never received epinephrine and was simply sent home to rest with benadryl while itching all over, struggling to breathe and having vision problems. I don't trust these people with my worst enemy!
