Dr Ramser is Excellent!! Thorough Personable knowledgeable She always comes into the room with a smile on her face and makes you feel comfortable. She is always on time. If your appointment is at 9:00 that’s when she starts. Not like other Drs I have one of the best that I have ever had!!

My wife has gone to Shenandoah Dermatology for years and they have always provided good service. However, we have had some crazy and shady billing experiences with them. Once they billed my wife by accident for something, and this was easily resolved when we called in about it. However, most recently, they sent us a bill from 2021. When we called the billing company, they said that SD had just entered it as a bill (Not sure that you can actually bill a patient 4 years later...). They said to call the office, so we did and they said they cannot dicuss billing. Conveniently the billing office was closed. So, we have gotten the run-around for a few days now and will no longer be using this company. This has been super uncomfortable and shady with how they have seemed to dodge our attempts to
