I bring my ferrets to this office and I always leave very happy with how they are cared for. The pricing is also great, especially for exotics. I’m not sure if I’d trust my babies with anyone else. Thank you for all that you do for them!

I waited almost 5 months to write a review as i did not want to write this in anger. The best advice i can give? If your furbaby is faced with MAJOR surgery, requiring adequate post surgical monitoring? Choose wisely, do your research and find an establishment that provides this/is equipped for such..... it is the post surgery aftercare that would have given my boy a fighting chance, a kennel attendant is not sufficiently trained to properly monitor a critical pet patient!

Animal Health Care Center allowed me to schedule an emergency visit for our 12 year old pup within an hour of calling. They took amazing care of her and also followed up first thing next morning to make sure she was okay. Highly recommend!

I brought my rabbit here but was not able to get an appointment so I had to drop it off. Upon pick up they forgot to give me one set of meds for the rabbit and I was unable to drive an hour back to pick them up days later. I asked for a refund for the meds which they made it seem it was not possible to refund the credit card and said they would mail a check. I still have not received the check. Also, while on the phone with the receptionist she never once asked how my rabbit was doing since it had been a week since being seen. I just didn’t feel this vet was very caring or compassionate about the situation.

My family and I have been taking our rabbit here for years with no issues. However the other day we took our rabbit for a nail trim and after bringing him home he hasn't been using his back legs. Still have to take him to the vet but he never did this before. If you hurt someones pet TELL THEM. Don't give them back without saying anything. Completely unprofessional and I will never take my bunny here.
