Valley Patient Care - Primary & Urgent Care Center

Every employee at this facility was kind and professional. I got back to be seen quickly. The nurse practitioner Theresa Juana-Kamanda was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took her time to really listen to what was going on with me so she could make an accurate diagnosis. I really felt like she was someone I could talk to and trust with my care. I am so glad I went to this urgent care. Most of my experiences have not been so positive like this one. The medications that were prescribed seem to be doing their job and I am already feeling better. Thank you to the hard working and wonderful staff that helped me on that day! Please know that I am grateful and will be returning should I have the need.

I've been going here for a couple years now. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. My doctor Theresa has always made sure I get the best treatment, whether it's for a simple checkup, or for maintaining and evaluating my medications.

I started here for an urgent care issue, but liked Dr Diomi & the Nurse Practitioner so much decided to switch to using them for Primary Care as well !! I believe I have seen every Provider here by now , and have been entirely pleasantly Surprised by every person on staff !! ( that's a rare find in my book)!!! I use Valley Patient care as primary care as well as urgent care for my kids as well !! These Drs, Nurses , & Front Staff... All are wonderfully Knowledgeable, , Compassionate, & Kind. Also, I have Never felt rushed during a visit whether scheduled or unscheduled appointment. I have felt like I was just part of an assembly- line in most other medical offices ! I could not recommend them any Higher ! I feel highly Confident telling those I care about to come he

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! I was seen at Valley Patient in Manassas last weekend because I was experiencing horrible flu like symptoms. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The doctor felt the need to tell me she was suspended from her previous job which is very inappropriate to tell a patient. Multiple swabs were sent out for testing and I was told I would receive a call when the results came in, but I never did. I saw on the patient portal the results came in on Sunday and were marked “results not viewed by doctor” for 2 days. During those 2 days I called more than 3 times and was immediately put on hold for more than 15 minutes each call. Finally on day 3 when my breathing became a little harder and I became more dizzy, I called to schedule an appt but again, I was put on another long hold which made me mad

Dr. Pagano is truly exceptional. She took the time to listen carefully to everything I shared, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Her approach is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely supportive. She even researched options before my visit which let me know she wasn’t just going through the motions. She’s incredibly personable, and it felt like she truly cared about my concerns rather than rushing through the appointment. I left feeling heard, understood, and confident in the care I received. I can’t recommend Dr. Pagano enough!
