Potomac River Orthodontics - Manassas

We’ve had a great experience with Potomac River Orthodontics and Dr. Owais. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The girls in the office are always so nice and helpful. My daughter is 8, and we initially tried Invisalign, but quickly realized she needed actual braces because she wasn’t able to keep up with them. The office was very responsive and helpful throughout that transition. Whenever something came up or went wrong, they were usually able to get us in the same day, which made a huge difference. They also always decorate the office so cute, which makes visits even more enjoyable. That level of care and attention made the entire process much less stressful. Highly recommend!

One thing I truly appreciate is how easy they make communication. You can actually text the office directly, and they respond quickly. Some offices make you jump through hoops just to speak with someone, but PRO makes it simple and convenient. If you send a text, you’ll usually hear back within a few hours — even in the evenings. This place is amazing! They got my son in quickly for a broken bonded retainer, and he is not even a regular patient at this office. The entire staff and doctor are wonderful and took really great care of my son. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience absolutely 0 complaints!! The front desk girl (I think her name was Jenn) was extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process! The dentists there are awesome too, they killed it with my braces and I haven’t had any problems with them yet. They’re legit man I’m telling you!
