In my entire life I have never had a better dental treatment exp. My hygienist was a first class professional and very supportive, and my dentist as well. They made me feel at home. They treated me like family and I am so grateful. I really dont have any dental problems but I had lost a family resently and they work very hard to help me feel better. AND they did. My Dental Tech, Crys, is absolutely awesome!!! This is my first time at Bluebell for examination and cleaning. Crys was thorough, explained everything before and while the steps were being accomplished, walked me through my x-rays and photographs tooth-by-tooth, answered every question I had about my teeth, gums, fillings, bridge, crown, tartar, stains, fluoride, impact of specific foods/beverages, home dental care, etc. Then, Dr. Mazhari came in to examine my teeth, and the cleaning Crys had just completed, and advised me on areas that warranted ongoing observation. Both advised that my home care was excellent and suggested a couple areas for attention. This was the most comprehensive, informative, pleasant, dental appointment I have ever experienced. I have high anxiety about going to the dentist. Not due to pain, but anxiety of work not being done properly, being uncharged and upselling stuff as if it is an emergency that needs to be done now. The dental hygienist, Keegan(sp?) was extremely kind and really listened to me when it came to my teeth….my last dentist I left with a $2600 treatment plan that I didn’t feel was work I needed. They made me feel almost bullied into doing it all now, now, now. I ended up not going back. Bluebell Family Dental came highly recommended, so I decided to go to them for my next cleaning and exam. I left with no treatment plan other than to watch a few areas and an appt in 6 months for my cleaning. Bluebell is hands down the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. My daughter *loves* going to the dentist and I don’t blame her! I used to have major dental anxiety but the staff at bluebell have erased that completely. If you’re looking for a practice with knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic staff this is the place for your entire family!
