Honestly I didn’t know they changed staff/company until I entered the office haha. They were all pleasant people. They speak Spanish as well which is nice. I’ll say that the way they do things was different from the former staff. The doctor was not rough on me at all. Came out with no pain (had to get fillers). Straightforward and knowledgeable. I was a bit shocked how they do their procedures. It had me thinking if the other doctor was not doing their procedures safely or if they were even checking my teeth properly. Good change honestly. Was just a bit shocked. Had me a bit scared and nervous but the staff was comforting :)

My mom and I have both been here and had a great experience. The entire team is welcoming, and Dr. Skooti is attentive and knowledgeable. He takes his time with patients, and you can really tell he’s passionate about what he does by the way he explains everything and works with you to find a plan that fits your individual needs. 10/10 — highly recommend!

To be honest, I was hesitant to continue coming to this location. I’ve been coming here since 2015, back when the office had different owners, and I became so close to them that when I found out Dr. Bui had retired, I was ready to start looking for a new dental office. My daughters and I have been coming here for so many years, and we always felt comfortable with the assistants—but especially with Dr. Bui and his wife. They were so kind and always willing to help. When I got a call to schedule the six-month cleanings for me and my girls and was told about the new ownership, I honestly had to think about it before confirming our appointments. Even as we were sitting in the waiting room that day, we were still unsure about the new doctors and assistants. We were nervous and didn’t know what

Really pleased with the service. The doctor explained the process and the issues with the teeth. The new management and staff were really friendly and answered all the questions I had.

I had an excellent experience at Platinum Dental. Dr. Khams was very professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff was welcoming, and everything was handled smoothly. Highly recommend!
