We’ve been bringing our child to Valley Peds and seeing Suzanne Bussetti for over two years, and we honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff is welcoming and professional, and the facility itself is clean and beautiful. Most importantly, Suzanne is truly exceptional. She takes the time to listen, never makes us feel rushed, and always offers thoughtful, practical advice. It’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does, and we are so grateful for the care she provides. As first-time parents, Suzanne has been an incredible guide. Always answering our many questions and always making herself available when we needed reassurance. We could not be happier & we could not recommend this pediatrics office enough.

Simply the best. If an impromptu issue comes up, they find an appointment for us same day. Dr. Godoy listens attentively and compassionately. The nurse receptionist epitomizes kindness and humor. The intake nurse Penelope sounds like the singer Rihanna. We have always found exceptional care in this practice. Thanks to Dr. Godoy and her staff for all their help over the last couple of years with both of my kids. We are lucky to have found this place.

I had a very difficult and disappointing experience at this clinic, especially as a first-time mom just six days postpartum. One of the staff members almost administered the wrong vaccine to my baby. If I hadn’t asked which vaccine it was, she would have gone ahead without verifying. That same staff member also applied a bandage so tightly that my baby’s leg became swollen afterward. The experience with the lactation consultant was also troubling. I felt like she wasn’t listening to my concerns, and it felt almost offensive to ask her follow-up questions. At one point, she suddenly took my baby out of my arms without asking for my consent. The scale in our exam room wasn’t working, so she decided to bring my baby to another room to be weighed — which I understand might have been necessar
