Bear Brook Dental Care

My first time at Bear Brook. Everyone was very nice, professional and pleasant. I also found the appointment to be prompt with very little waiting around. I was able to complete my son's new patient forms via the ipad while he was being prepped for his appointment. The dentist, Dr Francisco Ramirez, has a comforting demeanor to him. He was honest and didnt try to push anything. I had to change my kid's dentist office due to insurance issues but I'm glad I found Bear Brook. I look forward to taking my kids there going forward.

We brought our son in to have a cavity treated, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure he felt comfortable the whole time. Dr.Ryan explained everything clearly and took extra care to make the procedure as quick and painless as possible. My son left smiling (which says a lot after a dental visit!). The office was clean, welcoming, and kid-friendly. Highly recommend this clinic for any parents looking for gentle and professional dental care for their children!

I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!!!! Dr. Lauren Hilton has been working on my smile for multiple appointments with both fillings and crowns. I had a cosmetic filling done on my canine (it was a significant source of insecurity) and it came out better than I could have ever hoped! She is so knowledgeable, professional, kind, and accommodating!!!! Not to mention her dexterity is top tier. She makes the numbing shot as quick and as painless as possible and checks in to make sure everything is okay. She really cares! My son has been coming here for a few years, and we’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. The pediatric dentists are absolutely wonderful — patient, kind, and so good with kids. When my son had a cavity, they made the whole process so easy and stress-free for him (and for me!). Their yearly care plans and in-house insurance options that you can purchase there have also been a huge help for us, especially during times when we were between insurances. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lee and the team at Bear Brook. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. I was seen right on time, and my cleaning was the most thorough and gentle I've ever had. Dr. Lee is highly knowledgeable and clearly explained everything without pushing unnecessary procedures.
