Empowered Pelvic Health

So grateful for my experience with Dr Carly. I was comfortable and at ease at every visit. She was thorough, understanding and made sure to always leave me with follow up things to think about and/or work on. I can say honestly that it improved my overall health and life. The office is beautiful and the rest of the staff are lovely. Would 100% recommend.

I started seeing Suzanne during my second trimester because I was beginning to have pelvic floor issues. From the very first visit, she was so kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what we were doing and why it was important. After my 6 week clearance from my OBGYN, I continued seeing Suzanne for pelvic floor work, and I’m so glad I did. At 5 months postpartum, I’m now able to work out and run without feeling pelvic pressure or heaviness, and I finally feel like I understand how to use my pelvic floor correctly. It’s been such a game changer for my recovery. I’m incredibly grateful I found Suzanne and the Empowered Pelvic Health team to guide me through both pregnancy and postpartum. Thank you, Suzanne!!

She helped me make significant improvements and always made me feel comfortable and understood. Amazing experience with Suzanne, she is the best!!! I started weekly appointments at 20 weeks pregnant and I could not have made it through my pregnancy without her. She is so knowledgeable and taught me skills that I was able to use throughout my second and third trimesters to ensure I felt good and could prepare for giving birth. Cannot thank her enough for all of her help and guidance!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Empowered Pelvic Health! I began seeing Suzanne during the middle of my second trimester. I wanted to be as prepared for delivery as possible. She is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and has such a warm presence. She answered so many of my questions and I felt like I was in the best care.
