Called ahead to confirm a hearing test could be done. Was told yes. Excellent start. Arrived, checked in, and enjoyed nearly an hour in the waiting room before being informed that, surprise, they do not have a certified technician on staff that can do the hearing test. Minor detail, I guess. I was then confidently redirected to the Spring Mills location, where I was assured they definitely do hearing tests and that all my paperwork would be sent ahead. Plot twist: Spring Mills does not do hearing tests (and never has), and no paperwork was forwarded. Huge thanks to everyone involved for the coordinated effort to ensure I accomplished absolutely nothing while losing my entire morning. Truly impressive consistency in misinformation.

Staff were very pleasant and I was seen in a timely manner however Jacqueline (who is only a nurse practitioner) was emotionally unstable and the rudest most belittling provider I have ever seen. Came in for burning neck pain, headache and nausea. Ive had these symptoms intermittently for years but it was so bad I needed seen. She whined how my complaints were chronic and should be addressed by a PCP and was completely annoyed when I pulled away from her poking my back illiciting more pain. She also has seeker tunnel vision and just self righteously treated me as if I was there for narcotics. She left me in the room once done without showing me the exit and at least a fellow coworker offered an apology. I immediately went to another UC who actually li

Dr. Jennifer Robertson was professional and explained everything in detail about my issue. Maddie was gentle and helpful with my X-ray. The receptionist was very friendly. Cynthia was having a bad day and being absolutely rude and that’s why this is not a 5 star experience. When I was slowly trying to move my arm up to not disturb my broken wrist, I had to hear from her in an upset tone: you didn’t break your arm, you broke your wrist, move it up. I guess I wasn’t moving my arm fast enough for her even though I’m the one in pain. There were other comments made that are not worth quoting. Hopefully it was just a bad day and she is not in this field treating people like this every day.

I can’t thank the Valley Health Staff enough for their support at my recent visit. I was met with understanding, empathy, and kindness and could not be more grateful for the wonderful people who assisted me. I have always liked this Urgent Care as they have always been friendly and efficient, but after today, I would absolutely recommend this center as a first choice in the event of an urgent need.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. Today I went in for a drug test and the unprofessionalism from them was to the ground. I went to take a drug test, and I was getting looks, I was the only one that was black in there. The lady asked me to say my last four letters of my socials out loud and she repeated it again to the point other patients heard it. They need a whole reevaluation when it comes to HIPAA and knowing how to treat people the way they were acting it made me feel uncomfortable. My mom goes there too if she needs to work with her clients and they always look at her funny and profile her as well. No type of nice communication just judgment
