Valley Health I Spring Mills

Worst care! Primary Care Spring Mills, and Martinsburg, WV is glaringly lacking. Urgent Care, Spring Mills - they peruse the system information and follow with misinformation to corroborate the neglect and incompetence - they misdiagnose; also, add false misinformation information into your health record. Their patient experience office will lie straight to your face; if you file a complaint with an agency they will not speak with you further. Greatly lacking professionalism, courtesy and transparency. Noting, filing an outside complaint will result in retaliation by this entity. Sadly, this is a top-down problem starting with the CEO. Bottomline, they don't care about your health, your concerns or such other. Had to file outside complaints with Medicare and the WV Board of Medicine.

Took my 4.5 year old son here for a potential foot fracture (he wouldn’t put weight on his foot at all), and we were seen quickly, they provided a wheelchair for him so I didn’t have to carry him around. Got him X-rays, let us leave since the wait for the results may be awhile and he was getting restless. They called about an hour later with the results of the X-ray. All the staff was very professional and kind and treated both myself and my son very well. Their facility is also very nice and kept clean. Highly recommend.

terrible facility. would not see my child in an emergency situation. you're better off driving to Berkeley medical center. only giving one star because I can't post the review without it. I would give this facility -5 stars. I hope the receptionist, with the 5 kids who denied us, never needs a doctor in an emergency situation, and if she does, one isn't available for her.

Never even touched me or did any kind of exam just talked from door felt isolated felt like I had the plague no physical exam besides blood pressure listen to complaints from door I’ve been nursing 30 years the compassion has left this facility used to be great with all the new hires it’s went straight down hill. Amanda saw me last time and was great but Christine didn’t seem like she wanted to be there not informative like myself.

Had labs done today lady drawing blood was very polite and did a great job, Thank you Kendra!!!
