Valley Health Clinic

I have been going to Valley Health Clinic for years. The ladies at the front desk are very kind, and Dr. Tom always listens to me. But Nurse Edith she is wonderful, super attentive and kind. Honestly, I enjoy coming here, and when she takes care of me, she is always willing to listen. Thank you, Edith, for having such a lovely personality and for showing that you truly love your job.

I am editing my review to add this part and let everyone know that after my review, they called me and said my parent is no longer their patient. Shows instead of listening and soling their issues they just don’t care about you. If there were a zero-star option, I would give it to them. I can clearly see why all of the last 30 reviews are 1 star. • My mom went to the emergency room because she wasn’t feeling well. The emergency doctor prescribed her some medicine that needed to be approved by her Medicaid through her PCP, Dr. Farooqi. I called Valley Clinic, and they said, “We need to see the patient… our next available time is…” — while my mom was still in the emergency room! I asked why, and the receptionist had no answer.
