Be careful going here! My father went here because he was having neurological episodes and he saw Dr.Gladden and because he didn't have an episode in front of her.. she told him it was nothing and not to worry about it. Well, the reason I'm writing this post and not my father is because it was something to worry about. My father had Glioblastoma and passed away after a few short months. All this to say, if a doctor can't see something.. it doesnt mean it's not happening! They should have told him to immediately go to the ER! I didnt live with my dad, but I'm mad he got poor medical advice from a doctor. Please do better!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! First time I arrived at the office I had a appointment at 2:00, arrived about 10 minutes early, had all of my new patient paperwork filled out and ready to go. (One of the papers I filled out the doctor and the nurse did not even recognize??) Shouldn't you know what you are asking your patients to fill out???? Once finally checked in waited in the waiting room for 30 MORE MINUTES!!! Several patents that checked in after me were called back before me. Once I finally got called back and placed in a room it took the nurse a additional 20 minutes to come back and check all my vitals. After that waited another 25-30 minutes for the actual doctor Denise to come in. She was nice and friendly but seemed extremely unorganized. Had my procedure done then she said

Berkeley Family Medicine has been my family's primary care provider for over a decade. Yesterday, my son came in to receive a TB test and physical exam here for his work, only to be refused any kind of service. The receptionist said that he was no longer a patient there, that because the nurse practitioner he generally saw left the practice his status as a patient had been entirely rescinded without our knowledge, that his patient file could not be taken out of their legally required storage of past and present patient medical files and that he could not become a patient of a different doctor/nurse practitioner there. Been going here for about 2 years now. Everyone is nice and I don't feel the wait time is unreasonable. My doctor is Dr. Gusic and she really takes time with me and makes me feel understood with my questions and concerns. I usually get really nervous at the doctors, but here I feel more relaxed. I've also seen Candice Moreland PA-C, and others and have felt my concerns were addressed and they took time with me. I have never felt rushed. I recommend this place because I have never had a bad experience there and I feel I am treated with respect and they are professional.

Their policies are self-serving and unreasonable. They are a service and need to be easier to get a hold of and altogether more accomodating to the needs of the average patient. Reception staff is power tripping and seem to think doing their job is going above and beyond. These reviews speak for themselves. Do what I did - get a new PCP!
