Valley Family Health Care Dental Clinic

I called and scheduled an appointment for 8:15.Upon arrival was told that no they didn't schedule my appointment. That no one at the office talked to me.But then they admitted to speaking with me.After the fact stated that I was being rude because they didn't schedule my appointment after it was an emergency. Then expects me to pay up front for services that might not even be rendered. My suggestion would be to go to any other place.This place just does things out of spite

Was looking to get a covid vaccine at the womens clinic up the road but they didn't have any unfortunately. They were nice enough to call this location for me and ask them if they had any available which they did! Drove down not even 5 minutes later and the ladies at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. Were not the friendliest of people either. Ended up waiting about 30 minutes for this vaccine. The girl that gave me the shot was very nice though!

Dr. Brain is the best dentist there. I recommend him for great fitting bite when back molars are filled. Beautiful work on the front teeth as well. Brian made sure to take extra time when it came to the front teeth and made sure they were absolutely perfect and I really appreciated that. He is not heavy-handed on the drill either.

Michael Holm A DS and Brian Jones R DS were very kind and got me in very quickly or I was very lucky. For a very painful impacted wisdom tooth. Dental surgery is never fun but they numbed me up really well and did a good job. Even post op my mouth feels better then before and healing quickly. Thanks again you guys!

Hands down the worst dentist office my family has ever been to. They are all very rude staff. No compassion for patients. Very impatient and have bad attitudes. I'd never recommend the dentists or staff. They were awful with me and my little girl. We will never go back.
