Worst pharamacy ever, the people don't call you back you never know when your prescription will be filed it's always late. You go in there and the pharmacy techs are all talking to each other farthing around no wonder nothing gets done. Do better!

One of the worst pharmacies I've delt with. You can call over and over no response. The only time they call back is when they want their copay. Changing as soon as I can

Don't answer the phone so you can get a refill.Takes to long to fill a prescription that is already in the system.

Genoa Pharmacy is simply amazing!! I feel so fortunate to have them as my pharmacy. Everyone there is so kind and caring. I take tons of different medications, I would be totally lost without them! They are always on top of things and honestly make my life very easy. The thing I love the most a side from the people is they bubble pack my medications so all I have to do is pop it open for the day and time and take my meds. I've never once had a mistake or any issues whatsoever. They have also never been out of stock on my hard to get meds. Dealing with them is so refreshing after dealing with the usual frustrations at other pharmacies. I cannot say enough great things! ❤️ Thank you so much Genoa! I truly appreciate all you do for me! 🙂

Good people but slow, no prescription takes three hours to fill as quoted, as I pharmacist I know it only takes about 4-5 minutes to fill and check a prescription, they just need better processes and not take so long.
