Valley Drugs

I went there on a Saturday morning to fill my kid’s prescriptions. They were helpful and fill the order in a timely manner. They informed me the prices so that I could make a decision. The store is not too big so it is easy to navigate. Unlike other pharmacies that we went to, there was not a long line in Valley Drugs when we were there. It was recommended to us due to the availability of items we needed. The staff even held the door open for us when I was pushing the stroller out. Very kind people! Thanks!

I am horrified with the lack of professionalism at this pharmacy. This used to be my go to but the incredibly rude gentleman pharmacist has me taking my business elsewhere, you should be ashamed of yourself. Maybe if you treat your customers with dignity and respect they'd want to use your service. I hope your management sees this.

Very nice ladies, the only three i'm really familiar with... Tonya, Guadalupe and Janith always meet you with a smile, ask if you need help, and are great with communication and suggestions. I don't know the guy because he never speaks orsmilese. Wouldn't be good if he's the owner. You should always great your customers. It's a great look overall. Thank yo, ladies, for always being nice.

Great neighborhood pharmacy. Pharmacist was very helpful and medications were ready quickly.

The experience was HORRIBLE. I took the COVID-19 test there because it promised to give me the result between 24-36 hours which I needed for my trip. However, I never received the result and I have to pay a higher cost to take a fast test. I called two of their numbers, one didn’t help, the other never answered. Don’t advertise if you can’t come out the result within 36 hours
