Valley Chiropractic & Rehabilitation

After my accident, I went to Valley Chiropractic & Rehab in Springfield and have nothing but great things to say. It’s a positive and professional environment, they are very clean and the doctor does great work! Veronica is amazing, and her energy just livens the office. After about two months of treatment I feel so much better and are glad to have went with them. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is seeking to get any chiropractic work or PT.

I would most definitely recommend. As a prior correctional officer that had tried every avenue for pain relief, Valley Chiropractor and Rehabilitation has brought actual relief. More relief the getting cortisone shots!

I made an appointment in this place, the day of my appointment arrived and a lady received me in a very rude way telling me that without a mask I could not enter, unfortunately I did not have one with me since the use of masks is no longer mandatory and is at the discretion of the person Anyway, I tell her that it is the first time that I visit the office that for a later appointment I will arrive with a mask. The employee began to talk about me with another patient in a vulgar, very unpleasant and arrogant way, saying that people like me got used to things being given to them badly and that she was tired of dealing with people like that, among other unnecessary and out of place comments. I chose to leave the place without receiving the treatment, this person definitely needs an urgent c

I called to hopefully be seen after an accident I was in. I was spoken to very rudely by the receptionist there, and was hung up on. I’m going through a lot after my accident and the last thing anyone needs is a rude person helping you. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I also work for a hospital and will be telling my clients to never use this facility. Hopefully they find new staff to care for patients with proper professionalism.

Love this place! Small quaint office, great doc, awesome employees!! Veronica is the BEST!!
