Dr. Robbins and his staff are very professional and well trained. Staff have always been courteous, timely and thorough in explaining testing procedures. Dr. R. is very detailed at explaining exam results and answering any questions I may pose to him. I'm very satisfied with the exceptional service they provide me and my family. They have always treated us with timely, efficient and courteous service. I continue to be very impressed with their outstanding customer service!

I checked in and didn’t even sit down before they called my name! Amber was very professional and helpful (especially when it came to time for the drops!) Dr. Robins was prompt and took the time to explain everything that was done and what the results were. He was calming and reassuring. An overall positive experience!! Thank you!!

My family member recommended Robins when my current provider went virtual only. I was so pleasantly surprised. Everyone from the desk, to the assistant to the Doctor were wonderful & knowledgeable. I had to reschedule twice because I got Covid and I felt awful about it but they were so understanding! I’m so happy we made the switch and am looking forward to building a long term relationship with this provider. For the first time in years, my son got over the “fear” of the eye doctor by the way in which they handled him.

Best place around for all needs Eyewear! The staff are excellent, professional, and very knowledgeable. They are also bilingual and even have a section for MassHealth eye care appointments. Shoutout to the staff, they really work hard to help the customers with their Eye care/eye wear needs!
