ATI Physical Therapy

I was referred to ATI Hand Therapy in West Springfield by my doctor for occupational therapy to address pain in my hand. From my very first visit, I’ve been impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the entire staff. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and clearly knowledgeable in their field. The facility itself is clean, organized, and welcoming. My therapist has been excellent—thorough, patient, and attentive to my progress. The therapy has already made a noticeable difference, and I’m very happy with the care I’ve received. Highly recommend ATI Hand Therapy to anyone in need of quality rehabilitation services.

Every SINGLE oc.therapist there is so kind, so funny, and very empathetic. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. My hands also feel much better and let me tell you..I never knew how badly I needed my hands massaged and how relieving and good it would feel, and shout out to Maddie their receptionist for always being so patient with me for having such a bad memory. She's a sweetheart.

ATI Hand Therapy at NEOS in Springfield MA has helped me twice now. First when I broke my wrist in 2017 and regained full range of motion. Now with a surgery on my middle finger due to a bacterial staphylococcus infection I’m currently regaining full range of motion back as well! They are a great team and have an APP that you can do and record your exercises at home in. I am forever grateful for their expertise and compassion and they truly care about their patients.

My husband Ivan Carrasquillo and I, Iliam, are very grateful and satisfied with the help of all the ATI staff, they are excellent professionals, and the environment is super good. There they celebrate you for the slightest progress, the encouragement of each one makes you feel that you are not alone in the process. We want to thank the entire ATI team but especially my husband's two therapists, Gillian and Lyndsey, they were excellent, his love and dedication to his work could be felt. Thank you for helping my husband with his therapies. We carry them in our hearts. 100/100.

I’ve been seeing Lauren for hand therapy. She has been friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve already seen improvements in my therapy in just two weeks. Yesterday’s appointment I saw Mark. He also is very knowledgeable and was able to bandage my hand well while explaining the need for continued wrapping care in this format. I would highly recommend ATI Physical Therapy.
